What we collect
We collect only what a request needs: contact details you send us, and technical data (browser, device, pages viewed) used to operate and improve the site. We do not sell personal data.
How agents handle data
When a Zanii agent acts on your behalf, the action is recorded to Zanii Proof as a signed receipt. That record shows what data the agent touched and nothing beyond its stated scope, so handling is auditable by design.
Storage and security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was given, or as required by UAE law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We respond within a reasonable period.
